Our Philosophy
We at Symmetry have a passion for helping patients and clients achieve and protect balance in their bodies and lives. We love providing deep rehabilitative work as well as assisting people who desire to improve and maintain their daily health and well-being. We approach all bodies with the goal of first achieving symmetry, then working towards optimizing performance of the balanced body. This philosophy applies to intensive rehabilitation sessions, general maintenance massage, and personal fitness instruction.
Our Specialties
DermoNeuroModulation (DNM) “is a structured, interactive approach to manual therapy that considers the nervous system of the patient from skin cell to sense of self. Techniques are slow, light, kind, intelligent, responsive and effective.” Moving the position of the arms and legs—relative to the body’s core—repositions the skin and stimulates a neurological response of relaxation and release. Meet Our Team
Jenny is also known for giving “homework” to her clients as part of her “whole-picture” approach to resolving body issues.
In 2015 Chloe graduated with honors from the National Holistic Institute in Northern California. Before attending massage school, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from The Evergreen State College. A writer at heart, she is uniquely equipped with a narrative lens to health and wellness. During her time in Olympia, she fell in love with the Pacific Northwest, and is beyond excited to be putting down roots in Vancouver. She looks forward to listening to her clients and helping them find greater ease in the movements of daily life.
My techniques vary depending on patient/client needs and individual circumstances. I aim to address the whole body to release musculoskeletal holding patterns that create pain, restrict movement or impair full body function. I believe in a holistic approach to the body and understand that as a massage therapist, I am only one member of a client’s health team.
